All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Peaches are seasonal and agricultural conditions can affect varieties, quantities, timing, appearance, and size. We may limit quantities, reject or cancel an order, or offer a reasonable substitution. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled items.

You agree to provide accurate contact, payment, delivery, and pickup information. An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee fulfillment until we accept and prepare the order.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. The price displayed when you place an order, together with any disclosed taxes or fees, is the price that applies to that order. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, and your use of its services may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices.

Delivery and pickup dates and windows are estimates unless we expressly state otherwise. You are responsible for providing a safe, accessible delivery location or collecting your order during the stated pickup window. Risk of loss passes to you when an order is delivered to the address you provided or made available for pickup.

Fresh fruit is perishable. Please inspect and properly store your order promptly. We are not responsible for spoilage, theft, weather exposure, or other damage that occurs after delivery or because an order was not collected on time.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We cannot guarantee a change or cancellation after preparation or fulfillment has begun. Because our products are perishable, completed sales are generally final.

If your order is missing, incorrect, or materially damaged when you receive it, contact us promptly with your order details. When appropriate, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

We try to describe products accurately, but photographs and descriptions are illustrative and natural products vary. You are responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for you and for considering any allergies, sensitivities, or dietary needs before consuming it.

The website and its text, branding, graphics, photographs, and other content belong to Park Hill Peach Boys or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from that content without prior written permission, except as allowed by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Park Hill Peach Boys will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability for a claim related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so these limitations may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
